In over a decade, I’ve gained hands-on experience across multiple industries including education, retail management, marketing, real estate, business advocacy, and UX/UI design. What sets me apart is my ability to immerse myself into any work environment, actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, and influence broader conversations.
Deeply curious, I leverage data and information to drive everyday decisions, often guided by a clear process and plan. My fascination with creativity and social behavior led me to take art classes in my youth, experiment with HTML/CSS on MySpace, and eventually earn a degree in Film & Media Studies with a minor in Sociology.
As a UX Leader, I advocate for a strategic approach that examines systems, identifies underlying issues, and crafts end-to-end solutions. This methodology challenges the status quo and paves the way for innovative experiences that better serve users throughout their journey.
